We in MeyData develop and operate MeyData-ComApp as our Communities Mobile App ("App").

This page states our policy regarding collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we get from the App users.

We will never:

Activate your Phone Camera.

Activate your Phone Microphone.

Enable your GPS Location.

Ask for credit card number.

Sell or trade your personal data.

Read or use your contacts in any way.

We use user Personal Information only for providing and improving the App and user services, as well as enable or process or follow up user requests.

Our App users are all registered with us prior to using it.

Hence, by using the App, users agree to the use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our App, users may want to update their personal user profile with certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that may be used to contact or identify them. Users may want to include such personal information to enable using certain services.

Personally identifiable information may include:

name, email address, mobile number, location, etc - All but name are subject to the user selection whether or not to be included in their personal profile or use.

Also, if they so choose, users may select not to share their basic Personal Information with their fellow users of the same community.

Please note that no children under 13 are registered, unless their parents initiate it, or willingly agree to include their personal information.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, distribution, sharing, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”) on or through our services. CSAM is defined as any content that depicts or represents a minor (anyone under the age of 18) in sexual activities or in any sexualized manner, whether real, altered, or digitally created.

We comply fully with applicable laws and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities regarding the reporting and removal of CSAM. Any attempt to use our services for such purposes will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

If you become aware of CSAM involving our services, you must report it immediately.

You may also report such content directly to Israel’s National Cyber Crime Hotline (105): https://www.gov.il/he/departments/units/105_call_center

Log Data

Log Data may include information such as user's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, mobile phone type and OS version, our App service that is used, the time and date of your use, the time spent with those services and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze usage activity.

For any third party services engaged in our App, it is best to consult their respective complementary privacy aspects.

Communications

Personal Information may be used to contact users with newsletters, if and how frequent they so choose, for their community purposes only.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent from our web server to your phone.

Like many Apps, we use "cookies" to store information on the user's mobile phone ("phone"), also in order to keep most recent user's preferences.

If users do not accept cookies, they might not be able to use some portions of our App Services.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us, but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means and standards to protect user Personal Information, and seek to protect the integrity of our App, web site, server and services, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, But welcome any user relevant feedback.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy version is effective as of the above date, and will remain in effect. However, it is subject to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being updated.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify our users through email address provided to us, or by placing a prominent notice on our App or web site.
